The AI Profit Map, or any similarly described diagnostic offer is paid diagnostic work unless expressly stated otherwise in the active checkout terms; the assessment may include review of business information, workflow discussion, admin-drag identification, operational mapping, recommendations, and possible next steps, but it does not include unlimited consulting, custom software development, full implementation, ongoing support, third-party fees, ad spend, software subscriptions, SMS or phone usage, payment processing costs, bookkeeping, accounting, tax work, legal work, compliance review, data cleanup, employee training, emergency support, or any package work unless separately purchased or confirmed in writing. Any advertised AI Profit Map credit, package credit, limited-time credit, promotional credit, waived installation fee, bonus, discount, or checkout incentive is available only according to the exact active checkout terms, promotion code, timing rules, written Stanley Systems confirmation, and package rules in effect at the time of purchase; credits are not cash equivalents, cannot be sold or transferred, do not stack unless expressly stated, do not create a refund right, cannot be combined with an assessment refund unless expressly confirmed, and may be changed, withdrawn, or corrected if posted in error. Implementation work may depend on third-party platforms such as job-management systems, CRMs, payment processors, bookkeeping tools, email providers, calendar tools, messaging providers, phone providers, review platforms, social platforms, hosting providers, analytics tools, authentication providers, app marketplaces, browser vendors, device makers, banks, and other software or service providers that Stanley Systems does not own or control; you are responsible for maintaining your own third-party accounts, subscriptions, billing, permissions, data accuracy, backups, security settings, user access, policy compliance, approvals, and platform relationships unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, and Stanley Systems is not responsible for outages, downtime, latency, API changes, feature removals, account suspensions, denied approvals, carrier filtering, message blocking, platform policy changes, rate limits, permission failures, data export limitations, app review delays, software bugs, vendor price increases, billing disputes, or any act or omission of a third-party provider. If Stanley Systems assists with configuration, automation, messaging, workflows, reminders, follow-ups, reviews, referrals, invoicing, payments, call handling, or customer communications, you remain responsible for making sure those communications are lawful, accurate, authorized, properly timed, non-deceptive, compliant with your industry duties, compliant with your customer promises, and appropriate for your recipients; you are responsible for honoring opt-outs, maintaining lawful consent where required, reviewing message content, reviewing sender identity, avoiding spam, avoiding harassment, avoiding misleading claims, respecting privacy duties, and complying with laws that may apply to your business, including without limitation consumer protection, telemarketing, texting, email, advertising, privacy, data protection, employment, recordkeeping, licensing, warranty, tax, and industry-specific rules. Stanley Systems does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, financial, employment, licensing, medical, safety, or regulatory advice, and any compliance-related language, website policy language, SMS language, workflow note, operational suggestion, or risk comment is provided only as general business information and must be reviewed by your own qualified professionals before you rely on it. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Stanley Systems retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, frameworks, prompts, processes, code snippets, automation patterns, documentation structures, diagnostic approaches, implementation know-how, internal tools, design approaches, strategy materials, reusable components, and general business knowledge, even if those items are used to provide services; upon full payment and subject to these terms, the buyer receives the practical deliverables expressly created for the buyer under the purchased scope for the buyer's internal business use, but the buyer does not receive ownership of Stanley Systems' underlying intellectual property, internal tooling, reusable systems, trade secrets, non-public processes, or general know-how.
